I ordered several shirts for my sister in law’s gender reveal. The shirts were received timely, were great quality, and everything I asked for when placing my order. I sent my husband to pick up the shirts as I work standard business hours and wasn’t able to get them myself. He paid the invoice and brought the shirts home. In October, five months later, I got a letter in the mail stating I owed a balance on my invoice. Our WAYF League had a negative experience with this company. We purchased new uniforms using fundraiser money. American Eagle did not print the uniforms as requested. Our league did not give written approval of the design, and American Eagle is not compensating us for their mistake.
Also, American Eagle ordered and printed the wrong bags for our cheerleaders’ end of year gifts. For this second mistake, we took our business elsewhere and are hoping our cheerleaders will get their end of year gifts on time.
