This was the best place I have been to. The staff is friendly, courteous and caters to your every need. I was trying to relax before a huge exam, so I decided to treat myself to a gel French manicure. I walked in and the space was bright and spacious. I sat down with the manicurist and I was excited to talk to someone since I'd had no human interaction all day. The manicurist muttered to herself in Vietnamese and made it clear that she didn't want to talk to me. Which was fine until I realized that she had an earbud in one ear and was talking to someone else on the phone. Two of us stopped in this afternoon to see about getting two pedicures. Upon arriving, a woman towards the front asked us "what do you want?" I told her that we were looking for two pedicures. She literally looked me up and down, looked my boyfriend up and down, and then stated they didn't have room for us. I would completely understand if a place is too busy to accommodate two walk-in's. My boyfriend and I were excited to get pedicures, and stopped in to inquire. A very cold lady doing nails immediately asked what we wanted. We were put off by her tone and simply said we'd like 2 pedicures. She cut us off and said- we don't have any more today. We won't be back. She could have kindly told us they were fully booked, or asked if we had wanted to make an appointment. She was incredibly dismissive and rude. Plenty of other places to go in the city.

Best pedicure ever.
My son gifted me a pedicure and massage from here. I was taken in quickly (even though they couldn't find my appointment) I couldn't belive how good it felt. She removed my previous gel polish, soaked my feet. Then came the massage scrub and hot towels. I can't believe I was in and out with gel polish in a half an hour.
I almost fell asleep the massage felt so good and my toes have never looked better. It was a bit pricey at 67.00 but worth it in my opinion. They charge an extra 15.00 for gel polish. I will definitely be back.

Really wanted to like this place. I've gone several times thinking maybe I just was catching them on a bad day. Went today for a full acrylic set with a black French top. The manicurist argued with me practically the whole time about what base color to use. She was rushed because they were busy (understandable), but don't dismiss what I want. She even chose a base color and started applying it before asking if I liked it. The end result looks like a cheesy 1980's manicure that cost me $70. I'm immediately going home to remove it. Don't recommend this place. Not to mention

I booked an appointment for a mani/pedi before my wedding. I checked in at the spa and was hastily told by an employee I would be contacted when they were ready. I waited outside 40 mins before walking in and canceling the appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience considering it was just before my wedding.

Given I have very short nails. I did not feel that my manicure was done properly or with much effort. The technician barely touched my nails with a file and could have done a better job at trimming my cuticles. No cuticle oil was ever used. I could have done a better job myself at home and saved myself some money.

Made an appointment online stating exactly what I wanted and even called to confirm. Even though I made an appointment I still had to wait behind walk ins to get my nails done. Then when I showed them the design and said I wanted powder they laughed??? What was the joke I’d love to know? Otherwise clean and somewhat quiet would not go back if I didn’t need to. (They ended up not being able to provide the design I asked for)

I go here because it's close to home and easy parking. They do an okay job. The space is nice and bright, although when there is a Rev class going on next door and the music is pumping, it's not as relaxing. I usually get a pedicure and a gel manicure. This last time I went, the woman was pretty rough with my feet when trimming the cuticles. The manicure was just okay too - not as polished as other places. For some reason he painted the bed really thin and caked on the top. Also didn't clean around the edges. Staff isn't overly friendly or rude in my experience so overall..

This place was heaven!!! I setup my pedicure appointment online for 230p on Saturday. I got there a few minutes early and was automatically greeted. It was my first time going so I was a little bit lost, lol. Come to find out I needed to check in virtually, found that out when I was checking out. My pedicure was needed and felt like she was touching my soul. The interior is clean, crisp, and doesn't have that nail polish chemical smell that some other nail salons have. So, I'll definitely be back for a manicure and I'll remember to check in, lol

The atmosphere seemed clean and nice. Employees seemed to have a very neutral attitude which was not inviting but it wasn’t a negative attitude so I got over it. My roomate and I came in to get gel pedicures. We got foot masks and massages so it was a little premium. We paid about $170 total plus $15 each for our individual tips. Our feet came out great and we got exactly what we asked for. The reason I’m giving two stars is Because the GEL pedicures only lasted about a week before they started CHIPPING! DO NOT GO HERE ! After visiting the salon a few times, the experience has just been fair each time . I would only go here because Jenna does a great job on my pedicure. ( they've only done my nails twice and each time it has been subpar )Also , Each time I've visit the salon , I would just observe, and I notice the difference in service between blacks and whites .

I absolutely love this place. They have never missed on a dip powder manicure and for the price they charge, it also includes a quick manicure to prep the cuticles. I’ve noticed most nail salons charge extra for this which I’ve found to be ridiculous when you’re already paying $50+ for a manicure. The only downside I will say is the one time I asked for a complex design, it did not turn out like the photo I showed the gal. Other than that, I love this place!

I have never been so disrespected by staff of a nail salon until I went here. I was five minutes late to my appointment (I live about 30 footsteps away from this salon) due to a stolen package at my apartment that I was disputing with the leasing office.
Upon walking in, the man sitting right in front of the entrance said to me loudly in front of other clients "YOURE LATE, CAN YOU BE ON TIME NEXT TIME?!". I was so confused considering it was only five minutes and life happens. I apologized for being late as well.

I really enjoy this salon. I always feel like I’m getting safe, hygienic, quality service and I love my nails 99.9% of the time. I give them 4 stars because they consistently seem to *indiscriminately* charge extra for services. To add a nail extension tip is a charge (understandably), to have your nails cut down is a charge, to change the shape is a charge BUT also…if you don’t get them cut down or shaped to a more manageable length/shape you get charged for that too. I was told at my visit today that I was charged $10 more than the $45 price because of the length and shape of my nails

Extremely new nail salon - love the little chandeliers over each pedicure station, how clean everything is, and the white quartz countertops.
Service was great from Bella who did my nails, and from the guy who did my pedicure.
I tried the "dip" manicure for the first time and am totally sold on it! This manicure isn't going anywhere, unlike gel, which for me would last ~1 week because I am rough on my hands.
I had the best leg and foot massage with my pedicure.
My nails and toes look great. Wonderful polish selection. Professional service and application. Clean.
