Peter Bagley was my lawyer for a real estate case where I was trying to by my roommate out of her half of the house. He was patient, yet persistent, in the long year and a half it took to get her side to even cooperate and communicate. Ultimately we ended up going to mediation to avoid unnecessary court fees which led to me paying less than HALF what she technically was owed. He was extremely helpful and honest and even though I wish I would have walked away paying nothing, I still won in the end. Without his direction, guidance and expertise in real estate law I never would have seen the light
