I came in contact with Chad after my little passed away in a accident. He represented my family in our wrongful death suite. I was rear ended on the freeway and suffered a total loss of my vehicle and severe injury to my neck and back. Mr. Goetz seemed eager to represent me after initial consultation and seeing the pictures of the collision so I retained him.
After more than two years of inaction he finally returned my calls and told me that he was not going to proceed against Geico Insurance who covered the party who struck me.
It was a slam dunk case but with the statutes of limitations soon to expire it was tough to find an attorney willing to take the case, ESPECIALLY because Mr. Goetz had let it go so long then
