Services
Dr. Nate is a preferred provider for Regence BlueCross BlueShield and Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA). If you have insurance with any other provider, you will be required to pay for sessions with Dr. Nate at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards and checks. We will submit claims to your insurance provider for reimbursement to you.

I've tried to think of every reason why I shouldn't write this. I don't want to do any harm to Choices for Change, but I feel like I need to warn anyone looking for help from counseling like I was. It takes a lot of courage to admit you need help and my experience with Susan set me back. I have met with counselors for a long time in Salt Lake County, having moved to Tooele County I was in need of a new one. Consider first that everyone has different needs when seeing a counselor, and I'm willing to consider that Susan might just have been the wrong fit for me.
