Services
Counselors at Pebble Creek Counseling Center offer treatment in a variety of areas and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Counselors use integrative therapy techniques and encourage hope as a base for therapeutic relationships. Counseling sessions begin with a consultation and are typically scheduled for 1 hour thereafter.
I have been in the Human Service field for over 20 years, with the last several as a CMHC. I started in the early 1990s with Prevent Child Abuse Utah and from there went to DCFS. I specialize with trauma. I want to help you achieve your goals and any life changes while enjoying the process as much as possible.

If you choose to seek counseling make sure you double/triple check that they are participating with your insurance. I was told they accepted my insurance but apparently not. I never received a bill from them and their billing dept didn’t bother to let me know this was being paid out of network. I only found out after I had about 5 sessions and because I looked at my claims on my insurance website. When I asked, I was just told they didn’t accept my particular insurance plan
Started therapy in late December/early January. Finally received a bill 2 days ago.
So now I’m out hundreds of dollars

Jessica is super amazing! We had been struggling to find therapist my stepson was able to get along with and open up to. Jessica has been very friendly and kind to us. My stepson actually enjoys talking with her and listens to her advice. She has helped us out so much and we are very grateful to have been able to find her. Thank you so much Jessica!

The Pebble Creek Counseling Center has helped me more than I thought. Jessica is a great counselor, patient and empathetic as a counselor should be in my opinion. She has helped me realize the problems I have and has pushed me in the right direction to heal. She has understood me and listened when nobody else would. I wouldn't ask for a better therapist if I could.

Psychologist William Miller, author of the seminal book, "Motivational Interviewing" identifies several "counter-therapeutic" behaviors counselors engage in that tend to shut down the therapeutic process and lead to unfavorable outcomes. Michelle Main engaged in almost every one of these behaviors in a recent conjoint counseling session with me and my estranged wife. The result was a complete failure of the therapy, and what could have been a therapeutic resolution process is now an adversarial process. Michelle is great for individual therapy. Not recommended for couples therapy.
