Working with the team at RTA Group has been awesome. We have a part time bookkeeper, controller and CFO that provide us with a forecast, billing, invoicing, AP/AR, reports and more! The transition from our previous bookkeeper was easy and their communication is prompt. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

I would give 0 if I could
I send all my files to prep in January of 2017. By March I was informed that things were missing... happens, but why did you wait till last minute to do my taxes?! They ended up bringing on someone new, I yet again had to bring up to speed. Not my job, I did that the year before.
I get the bill... hours without me being able to tell what I actually pay for.
Hours for the new person, zeroed out, yet interestingly the same amount of hours for a second staff.
Doubled up invoicing, they just billed me again the next month for the work from the month before.
