For the first few years of his career, Paul's focus was on federal and state tax credit studies. He currently serves as a principal for PSG and is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with business professionals. His strengths include working on complex tax issues, employer stock options, retirement planning, and IRS representation.

Compilation involves preparing financial statements based on information provided by a company's management, and will often involve some adjustment to the accounting records. Depending on client needs, we can provide compiled financial statements on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Sufficient for many small, private companies, a compilation provides no assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatements or errors and may be presented in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA).
