With my second divorce, I had trouble finding good lawyers the first time around. What I discovered with most lawyers, they would only answer a couple questions and expect the money upfront before they can answer any more questions. Second time around, I sure did my homework looking around for a sincere lawyer. When I discussed my concerns with Andrew, he was patient and answered all my questions when needed, he waited for me to be ready to move forward.

Bob and Mindy were very instrumental in my custody case. It was very stressful and time consuming, the fact Bob and Mindy had continually let me know that things will get better, was a stress reliever and eased my pain of not seeing my son. They were right and a few months after the litigation was finalized, my son and I were back in each other’s presence. I now have my son closed to 50% of the time and my Ex and I are amicable.

About a year ago I separated with my 20 year girlfriend. Getting a lawyer is never a happy moment but when I found Bob he talked to me as a normal person. It never felt like it was about the money it felt like he understood what I needed and wanted and helped prove my point through 3 court appearances. These folks are not only true professionals, but genuinely very nice people. I have never been in such a warm, welcoming law office. I have experienced a handful of lawyers that will talk down to their clients or try to instigate with profit in mind, but the legal team at Helland treated us like family and looked out for our best interests. There was a lack of time and energy put into my case. I expected them to tell me step-by-step what I needed to do and they never gave me all the info/details I needed. Ex. - Before my hearing, they told me which documents were required by the court but failed to tell me there was a page limit. Also, I thought the first hearing would determine the custody/divorce. I didn't know I would wait months for the hearing that would determine everything.

The Law Group did a fantastic job on my case! I am greatly pleased and surprised( in a good way!) with the deal that they worked out with the insurance company. Bob was transparent and aggressive with them to get me a great settlement. Aubrey was my point of contact and I have to give her 5 stars on a job well done. Having used this firm from time to time I have found them to be friendly, responsive and professional. Though I came in several times and spent hours talking to their lawyers they never charged me a dime to consult even when I insisted on paying for their time! Finally I gave them a job to actually write some legal documents for me when I was in a time crunch and they did charge me but the bill was very fair and reasonable. I am currently going back to them for yet another document I will need as I have been well pleased with the service.

This firm is only out to benefit themselves. When you call them with an issue they do not respond. They have fraudulently taken money out of our account with no authorization. When we found out what they were doing we had to call our bank and file fraud charges which resulted in us having to close our account and get a new one-and had to go without a debit card for ten days due to their negligence. Do not use this firm-stay clear...there are many reputable firms out there. I have called to get this issue resolved and still have yet to hear from them. If there was a way to put zero in the star place
