Our company has been doing business with Davies Pearson for years. They have accommodated me during a business stockholder and stock purchase agreement . They provided effective information in a very efficient manner, which concluded in a reasonable rate. Attorney Ron Coleman is well known in my industry as being one of the top attorneys, if not the top attorney, in his specialty. He has provided me legal advice on occasions when necessary, he was surprisingly easy to get a hold of and responded to my concerns in a timely manner. Worst experience ever, this is a company that over promises and under delivers. I own a service company with over 500 5 star reviews, so we understand customer service, these guys do not have it. Beware they will make promises to get your business and then do the exact opposite. We waisted dozens of hours and thousands of dollars and still don't have an operations agreement we would sign. Most import to remember, get everything in writing, these guys are shady.

Monte is my attorney and he is an exceptional good listener. Very quick for making good decisions in a very short time frame. An on the ball lawyer and definitely can be trusted!
Maria is a wonderful carring person and inviting. Never shows disrespect in anyway shape or form. I enjoy her presence each an every time she greeted me.

The most horrible experience I have ever had.
I went into this office. The assistant looked at me and does not want to help me. He asked me to grab a business card on his desk and make a call to the number on it to make an appointment. I followed his instruction, called the number on it, the assistant answered the phone in front of me..... and tell me he does not have the lawyer's schedule...

These guys are hands down the best attorneys out there! My sister and I have worked with Sok-khieng, Ben and Andy for over 5 years and they have taken care of us like family. These guys have not only helped my sister and I obtain our U-Visas, but they have also assisted me with winning a settlement and other legal matters.
