They trained us in the use of computers and software, and when new software comes along they think will benefit us, they pass it on. One software program they recommended cost us $250 and saved us $40,000 in taxes. It's our success, but it's their success, too.

What distinguishes Isler Northwest from others offering financial reporting services? THIS COMPANY DOESN'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS! My wife needs an Oregon estate tax accountant and from Yelp research I recommended Chris Campisi at Isler Northwest. She entered her requirements on Isler's Contact Us and after two weeks of no reply, she called them - they didn't see the request so they took my wife's info and then called back saying "we're not taking any more clients, but you can call XYZ Company". Unfortunately, XYZ Company said they don't do estate taxes. It would have been nice if Chris called my wife and asked a few key questions - he would have

After selling a building they wanted me to let them invest it in their new Isler Wealth (Mis)Management Program. They lost $80,000 of my investment but they didn't have a problem taking their monthly fees out. So I lost part of my initial investment and all of the money I could have made if it had been done right.

This is our first year with Isler Northwest, who took our account over after the retirement of our prior CPA. Each CPA has their own approach and style, so transitions can be difficult.
We have been extremely satisfied and are frankly surprised that this transition went so well. Not only is Chris Campisi a knowledgeable professional, but he is also quite personable. He has many clients yet somehow he makes us feel like we are his only client.
