I had some confusion with the IRS. I called Deb Denton's office three times in June, leaving two VM's and once speaking with a real live person who said Deb would call me back. She never did. In September I tried again at the urging of my boyfriend; when I called from my phone I went straight to VM but if I called from my boyfriend's phone she'd answer. She said she'd take a look at my paperwork, to drop it off and give her 2-3 days. Ten days later I called and asked if she'd gotten a chance to look at it, she hadn't, she said to call her first thing the next
