Great company to do business with. Very responsive and professional. I have read other reviews and it is apparent that they were written by people that didn’t do what they were supposed to do. The childish responses of name calling for not getting their way is proof enough. Michelle and the entire team at Rac have always treated me with respect and provided excellent service.

Scumbag landlords!
Told us we were getting $800 of deposit back, then sent us a bill for $339 instead!
Can't be reached for emergencies on the weekend. We once spent the whole weekend without AC, they refused to get us a hotel, tried to blame the AC breaking on us.
Slow to fix any problems.
Rent is too high, and they raised it $200 all at once.
I would give 0 stars if I could!

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with RAC Properties! Michelle helped me find the perfect property to rent and has always responded very quickly to any questions via email that I’ve had. Erin another property manager was also on top of handling my work order requests for my A/C through the Resident Center app and over the phone! My AC unit was repaired the next day!

Michelle and her team are wonderful. The housing market in Athens is pretty frustrating, especially if you're trying to find a place to live when school is about to start again, but Michelle was very proactive in helping me find a great place. She was responsive to all of my emails to her and never let me feel like I was just a number or that I was an annoyance. DO NOT! I repeat do not buy an investment home from Rob Scott!!! I’m not the one to write bad reviews on a business. However I am very upset that as first time home buyers we were tricked into buying a “renovated home.” Where every single plumbing and HVAC issue was only made to look like it was fixed when it really was not. I don’t know who their contractors are to fix these issues but they have no experience what’s so ever! Rob was a great person to work with! He quickly responded to any of my families questions. We were still trying to get over the death of our father while trying to liquidate some of his property and Rob was very sympathetic and patient. I would highly recommend for any sales you have.

After collecting my deposit for the property, Michelle became difficult to contact. I began worrying I had fallen for some sort of scam. Michelle was having problems meeting the agreed upon move-in date, and rather than tell me, she avoided me until a new date was set. This would quickly become a pattern.

When it came time for me to start looking for another place to rent, Sapphire Properties was the only place that lived up to my expectations. They were knowledgeable of the area and all their available properties - they were even able to tell me when something would be coming open. The Property Manager was extremely helpful and when I made my final decision, the rental process went very smoothly. I moved in during the holidays, one of the most stressful times of the year, when I had a problem, the Property Manager was able to help me immediately. I have never seen such an amazing response time

I have been living at 1 of the RAC properties town homes since April. Since April I have had very minimal things be fixed that were supposed to. Because the maintenance man no longer works with RAC my entire move in list was never even fixed and I still have nails in my windows so it prevents me from opening my windows, pretty sure that's a fire hazard. I still have German roaches that have been here way before I ever moved in. My water always smells very bad and to this day the property managers have not done anything about resolving the issues. They did have bughouse come out here 5 different
