Services
Formerly known as The Terminal Building and then the River Walk Corporate Centre, this 868,000 square foot 6-story brick property was purchased in 2016 for future reuse. Designed in 1898 and completed in 1906, it was once considered the largest, most efficient cargo warehouse between New York City and Chicago.

A thorough jobsite safety policy is part of the day to day construction operation. Our safety program is comprehensive and ongoing, consisting of training, regular safety inspections, and mandatory drug testing.

Construction management and Risk (CM) is a project management service we are proud to offer at Allegheny Construction Group. CM is a method of construction oversight in which a single team of professionals controls every aspect of a project from beginning to end. Some of the benefits of using a CM service include a shorter timeframe to completion, increased budget control, and increased quality assurance.
If our construction management (CM) services are not the right fit, Allegheny offers other project delivery systems to suit your needs. Design/Build (DB) is an alternative which combines the two main phases of construction: designing the project to fit your needs, and building it as per plan. Allegheny's team has decades of experience both in the field and in the office.
