Our homes come standard with inside and outside french drains, underground radon preparatory system (no fans) that is gravity fed through the roof, and a high-efficiency insulation package, including foam at all air infiltrations and electric boxes.

We have used LAD Construction for 2 large projects thus far. First project was to concrete and extend our rather large driveway plus the addition of 2 retaining walls. We also extended the front walkway to meet steps that were placed to meet the driveway. They finished up by providing landscaping to the newly developed areas. The design Leon suggested has added so much curb appeal to our home.
Second project was to replace all our dated interior hollow pine doors. Leon and the team replaced them with custom made, stained solid oak doors. We also replaced the bedroom closet doors with the solid

Our story w/ LAD began in 1993 when we contracted w/ them to build our home. It was such a positive experience from start to finish that it only made sense to contact them when we were ready for a new roof and siding in 2018. Once again LAD provided high quality professional service and we were thoroughly satisfied w/ a job well done.
Last year we decided to re-do our deck. This led to another phone call to LAD who agreed to take on this extensive project. We replaced our original 12 x 12 wooden deck (which was still in excellent condition after 27 years) with a 20 x 20 composite deck w/ cathedral

My husband and I are very happy with our LAD addition and home remodel. We placed a two story addition (4th bedroom and kitchen/family room) and porch onto our home. Our goal was to create a very open and modern floor plan to our 25 year old home. Leon/LAD achieved that. He spent as much time as we needed creating our vision prior breaking ground.
