Was founded and established in 2005 by owner, Joe Bailey. Joe was born in Alexandria, Virginia, and as a child, moved to Raleigh, North Carolina with his family. With a passion for airplanes as at an early age, Joe remembers laying down in his back yard to watch the planes on approach to RDU -trying to name the equipment flying in.
While attending Broughton High School, Joe was in the Air Force ROTC for two years. This program instilled in him his desire for a life that involved aviation. During high school, Joe held a number of jobs ranging from officiating little league games to entertaining kids for their birthdays or special events.

A L&O Landscaping truck showed up at my home. We did not request or require their service. The technician exited the truck without a mask. Rather than coming to the front door to announce himself, he promptly, began walking through my yard with tools in hand. We had to run outside, stop him and ask him to leave. He just stood there, rude and incredulous. The customer service agent did not have a response or provide an apology.
