The dojo is a non-profit organization that teaches traditional Okinawan Isshinryu Karate. Our classes are geared toward helping the student develop their karate to their highest level. At least two adult black belt instructors are available every class to give instruction and training. Each student receives personal instruction at every class, within a classroom environment.

Isshinryu karate is a practical, straightforward system of martial arts, based on ideas and techniques that work. Its positions are upward and mobile for quick response. It places equal emphasis on arm and leg techniques, making sure the martial artist is well rounded and versatile. It is a traditional martial art for our modern needs.
All of the instructors at the school teach from a desire to pass along the techniques of traditional Okinawan Isshinryu Karate. Not for profit, but for a love of the martial art and it's connection to mind, body, and soul. These lessons provide confidence, discipline, respect, and a balanced way of life.
