Khan and his team work with me side by side since 2018 when I’m almost fell in the deportations hole on my one week left on my green card before expired , khan and his law firm give all they got to work with my case ,couple of months on that year I finally renewed my green card . I have had a chance to work with Mr Stefanos Georgousopoulos from the Khan Law Firm, and unlike my any other experiences with some other law firms in the past for some other topics, Mr. Georgousopoulos has kept a very clear focus on helping me from the day one,. I highly recommend Nas Khan Montoya. Recently had an issue with my sister's Visa Classification with the National Visa Center recognizing her as an adult when the application was filed when she was a minor.
Atty. Khan is such an honest man. He could have just taken the fee but he didn't until he was sure that the case can be resolved.
He was very informative of the process that needs to be taken. Assured me that he will do everything to achieve the desired result. 2 weeks after hiring him, her Visa Classification has been resolved and the National Visa Center has adjusted her from F24 to F22
