Alex is a former Paratrooper in the U.S. Army, but now he only skydives for pleasure and sport.
The requirements for a loan to qualify for securitization are very specific for the type of loan and the underlying documents securing the loan. Every CMBS transaction requires the borrower to have an attorney, commonly referred to as "Borrower's Counsel." The borrower will also need a NY Attorney to provide an opinion letter attesting to the validity of the borrower's organizational structure and the transaction documents.

Alex was incredibly easy to talk to. He's the type of Attorney we all want when we call a law office. Direct yet very personable. After speaking with 2 other attorneys that were at best "cryptic" in how they answered. my questions around possible litigation I was considering, fees, etc., my 3rd call was to Alex - and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
