Brian Butcher, a native of Baytown, Texas, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Journalism, History) from Baylor University in 1993. He then worked as a curator for the San Jacinto Museum of History. Mr Butcher earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1999 from the University of Houston. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
After practicing civil litigation with a Fort Worth defense firm for five years, Mr. Sudderth switched to representing injured individuals and families against negligent corporations, physicians, and insurance companies. He has successfully represented multiple claimants in complex litigation involving professional malpractice, construction injuries, and bad faith insurance practices.
Mr. Gaytan attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating in only 2 years. He then earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2013.

I was in a non fault car accident and went to Noteboom Law Firm for a consultation . The meeting went well and the attorney asked I give him 24 hours to get things together, that was two weeks ago. I am completely disappointed that a law firm would be so disrespectful to just ghost a client. If they can't even do a simple call back it makes me wonder how much effort they would put into a case? Plus it's just down right rude!

I worked with this law firm on a potential case. It was determined that the case was not a fit, however they went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. Lois, the assistant, was more than helpful and understanding. While I do not expect to ever have another legal issue, I would definitely go back to Noteboom first!
