I have been a client of Christina’s for over 10 years and have been very happy with her highlights and low lights up until my last color. She overprocessed my hair my light highlights were sooo light and my low lights were red/orange. She was working on too many clients at one time. She left the bleach on for 45 minutes which is way too long for my hair. She also took me to a back room which used to be a massage room sat me on an uncomfortable chair and did the foils. I understand the need for social distancing but I did not feel comfortable having my service done in a back room with no windows

Carrie is amazing. I came in with may hair looking a hot mess, and she totally transformed my head into a beautiful shiny sleek miracle. I will be going to her exclusively from now on. I’ve never been totally thrilled with any salon or hair service, I’m very picky, but I can say with honesty that I am blown away. I finally love my hair! Thank you Carrie!

I would NEVER go back here! Tried some color, which I don't usually do, and ended up with 90's chunky color. Expressed SEVERAL times that I did not want my bangs cut straight across and yet, they were cut straight across (Well, not exactly straight - crooked in some places).
When I called for the appointment, owner asked if I have short or long hair & I told her it was long. She said nothing further. During my appointment, she pulled the stylist aside & told her to make sure I pay an extra $20 for long hair. The woman is not only unprofessional, but also tacky as hell

I've been a snowbird for four years and have gone to various hair salons in Naples, trying to find a good hair stylist that can cut and color my fine hair. Finally I have met with success!! Janine, the owner, knows how to work with my hair. She uses the same hair color product that my stylist up north uses. She truly knows how to work with fine stubborn hair, I have been very pleased with the cut and color of my hair. Janine is extremely knowledgable of the products she uses. The salon itself is clean and pleasant, all the stylists are friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Personal
