Elana was amazing. Gave me exactly what I asked for.
3 stars is just for the pricing/model of the business.
To blow dry the hair is like 50+$
I was going back to work so didn’t want to pay that.. had to leave with super wet hair..which is odd..when I paid 300$ but ok. It’s not like it’s a crazy blow out or style either…it’s just to dry your hair to see the outcome…55$
The other thing is full highlights are 195$ - fine, but when you bleach hair you always tone it after. But they call toner “gloss” and it’s an added 55$. I get having a separate price for toner but for highlights

Awful experience I I spoke with a master hairstylist supposedly I forgot her name that worked at this store and she said that she was able to match my color not a problem! Big problem she turned my hair two different colored and also missed spots and my hair yes she missed spots I don't even know how you can do that with foils but she managed to do it I was so upset then she told me she couldn't fix it that day that I needed to wait and come back in a week? And she wouldn't charge me that much to fix it I was outraged how are you charging me for fixing your mistake? It made no sense I will never

I used to be so self conscious about my hair and hated it until I visited this salon and had it done by Elana. I've been to this salon 3 times now and every time has been very professional and nice. I refuse to go anywhere else. She has turned my hair into something I'm proud of and so confident in!!!

I had my first appointment with Allana yesterday and can not say enough good things about this salon. The salon is clean and nicely designed with a great selection of products. The front desk staff is friendly and professional and were wonderful in helping me schedule. Allana did a fantastic job adding layers and styling my hair. I already made my next appointment.

Everytime I go to Nirvana 954 and Igor does his magic, my hair ends up looking amazing!! I had been doing some research on where to get some grey in my hair to blend in with my natural hair and the results were absolutely gorgeous! Now Nirvana is my place to go, the salon is beautiful, and the customer service is way beyond expected!

This was my first time at Salon Nirvana 954 and it exceeded my expectations! I’m extremely picky about my hair. I went in for a consultation and was able to get an appointment that same day. The front desk girl was sweet and made me very comfortable from the start. Elana is amazing, great people skills and really listens to what it is you want delivered! The salon is beautiful and don’t get me started on how amazingly comfortable the hair washing chairs are! Although it is expensive, it was worth every penny! Thank you to Karolin and her team, especially Elana for making me feel beautiful!

Everyone was so professional and nice, it was one of the best salon experiences I have ever had. I decided to do a purple/redish hair color and Igor is such a master. I am completely in love with my hair color and I will definitely be going back! Logan is amazing as well, beautiful touch and very warm hearted person. Overall good vibes and beautiful, clean space. If I could give more stars I would!!!
