Kate & Chad are the best! I had no problems scheduling an appointment for my Highlander to check out some e-brake weirdness. I dropped off early in the morning and got a call before 11:30. The e-brake was adjusted, maintenance oil change was. Chad and Katie are incredibly talented with Toyotas. Their service is clear and communicative, and I feel relieved that my car was looked over by Adler Auto.

The entire experience was very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable with regards to my 2009 Toyota Highlander. Dropped car off was called with in 2 hours of required repairs and pricing along with time schedule for repairs and approximate time for pickup. I highly recommend this family owned business. Give them a try you’ll not regret your decision! Adler is now my auto care center for my Toyota!
