Great customer service, mom and pop shop, walked through the work needed, even when I challenged them. All of the staff members are mechanics, not techs and salaried so they are not motivated by the cost of the job they are performing.

I had the catalytic converter stolen from my car. There was also some other damaged that occurred during the theft, so I was left with no vehicle. My car was towed to a collision shop for inspection of the damages. Once this was completed, the shop contacted Wheat Ridge Muffler and Brake to handle the repair job. After evaluating the work that was needed, Jeff from Wheat Ridge Muffler and Brake called, and explained the repair process to me. I had an exhaust leak that required new gaskets and bolts. First charge was around $100, Which I was fine with. They later discovered another bolt or gasket needed replaced then the charge was over 300 dollars for 2 more bolts. Which I paid just to get it over with. However, later discovery I could still hear a slight leak which turned out to be a manifold gasket which I had repaired somewhere else for 120 dollars. Makes me think that was the issue all along because it is quiet now. I'm not pointing fingers but a little more thorough tests would illude there is still an issue.
