Everyone has a history and to get to know me I would like to share a bit of mine so you can see what led me to where I am today. As a kid growing up I was very accident prone, I needed a helmet for everyday life like I'm sure some of you may feel.
I broke my nose for the first time by 2 year old, by 6 years I spiral fractured my leg, at 8 I broke my nose for a second time, not to mention breaking my arm in two places by the age of 12. Needless to say, my parents were not amused.When I was a little older I managed to break every one of my fingers on separate occasions while competing in downhill ski racing.

I've never been to a chiropractor before Back to Basic. I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for 1 1/2 years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I started coming for face pain bought on by the Barometric Pressure. Dr. Quale has been a great help and I am almost pain free.

I love everyone at Back to Basics. I have been receiving chiropractic care for the past ten years. When I started with Dr. Quale and the Back to Basics team one year ago, my goal was simply maintenance for neck pain that has been an issue for years. I didn't expect that my discomfort and range of motion would improve so many years into treatment, but it has! Deidre and Kayla are amazing as well. I couldn't be happier !

My very first experience here at the clinic. Dr.Steven made me comfortable talking through my pain issues and my past injuries etc. He is very patient in listening and explained me what might be going on with me, some very good insights. Looking forward to my second visit to know the results of the X-ray and treatment. Highly recommend him.

Back to Basics is necessary care for our family. My daughter has gone as far to say: "We don't need any other doctor - just Dr. Quale." While spinal care is top notch, there have been other times we've had issues that don't seem chiropractic related, yet Dr. Quale either proves us wrong or suggests where we need to go for further treatment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
