I cannot express how grateful I am that I stumbled across Dr. Hoy.
I was having excruciating pain in my back, shoulder, armpit and arm. Urgent care told me I had a strained muscle, gave me some meds, and sent me on my way.
Two weeks later, I was still in pain and decided to try out chiropractic treatment. Dr. Hoy was able to get me in for a same day appointment, which I desperately needed. She was very inviting upon our introduction. And was able to figure out that I had a rib out of place before she even touched my back.
The experience was painful of course, but I could tell how much she cared

I had a great experience with Cassandra today. I was desperately needing body work when I woke up this morning and not only was she able to get me in quickly, but she was also so kind and warm, making a first appointment with a provider feel like I had known her for a long time. Dr. Hoy is warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has a gentle touch and really listens to my concerns. Ive had a few frustrating experiences with other chiropractors in the past who have been heavy handed and who I felt didn't have my best interests at heart. Dr. Hoy is different. I would recommend her all day long!

Dr. Hoy helped treat my lower back and I occasionally visit to get my ribs put back into place - I had no idea that was where my back pain was coming from! She gives really good explanations as to what is happening but isn't afraid to tell you about any uncertainty she has.
The office has gentle music and she can switch to a soft/dim lighting very easily. In both the waiting room and the treatment room there are toys for kids to occupy themselves while you get your treatment. There's even markings on the wall for taking the kids' measurements.
