Where do I begin, since day one Mr.Ron McDaniel has been nothing but professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what he does. They are very unprofessional and don’t care for the people that work for them. I said Speller as my recruiter and he had poor communication skills and always ignored me when I reached out. They took me from an assignment right before Christmas and never placed me elsewhere. Jennifer dean either has no idea what her recruiters really do or she just doesn’t care either. She is a bit unprofessional too. She did not introduce herself when she came to the office I was working at once. But I have reported this business and would not recommend no one to work for them.

Jessica Barrera has been my point of contact and she’s been a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive, easy to reach, and communicative throughout the entire process. COVID plays a huge part in our lives daily now! So for deans professional services to not accommodate their employees when they’re sick. Or get exposed to the virus is very selfish. So if I were to test positive I would not be paid at all for 10 days and forced to stay away from work. It’s not fair & definitely needs to change.

I have worked for Dean's professional services for 2 year's and 3 months overall my experience has been very good. The reason I gave them 5 Stars is due too a great coordinator Mr Speller, never disappointed me always treated me with respect, and most of all when my sister passed away he sent flowers to her funeral and to me that's a great coordinator because, he cares about the people that works under him he puts us first. He notifies us when he's on vacation he ,notifies us immediately when there is a change and I just would like to say he's one of the greatest coordinator they have in the phlebotomy
