Rosenblat Law is built and designed to provide personalized legal services. Like the general manager of a professional sports team when necessary, Rosenblat Law puts together the best team to compete against and win, whatever legal challenges you are facing and whomever your opponent is. Michael Rosenblat has substantial experience in litigating False Claims Act cases, from his work as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General assigned to the Illinois Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, to his work in private. Successful defense to healthcare investigations and provider audits often requires building a team, and gathering resources for your specific defense.
Michael Rosenblat has been prosecuting False Claims Act cases for almost 20 years: first for the State of Illinois as lead prosecutor for the Illinois Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Unit ("MFCU"), part of the Illinois State Police Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and then as Deputy Chief of the Special Litigation Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General's Office.
If there is a recovery under the false claims act the whistleblower is entitled to receive between 15 and 25% of the amount the government received if the government intervened and between 25 and 30% if the government declined intervention. Most successful False Claims Act cases take many years to resolve because of the time necessary to investigate and then litigate the case.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is a government agency that is intended to protect the public from fraudulent or manipulative business practices related to sales within financial and commodity markets. Similar to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the CFTC collaborates with law enforcement agencies in order to uncover fraudulent practices that violate the Commodity Exchanges Act (7 USC 1, et seq).

In my lifetime I have come across many attorneys and none have compared to the level of professionalism and diligence of Michael Rosenblat. This man literally saved my life and I owe him eternal gratitude for that. He is always punctual, always responsive when one calls or texts, and has an extremely sharp wit about him. His ability to stay committed to my case showed that he is not just a great lawyer but a wondeful human being as well. I would recommed this lawyer to anyone because many lawyers talk the talk but out of the many that I met he is the only one that walked the walk.

Mr. Rosenblat is one of the best of the attorneys we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. He takes the time out to discuss every detail with my husband and myself and also makes sure we understand fully before proceeding. He has also taken the time out to address any and all concerns we may have. He is very patient, kind, an unlike other attorneys, he truly has compassion for his clients. He is very sincere and shows an endless amount of empathy. I would recommend Mr. Rosenblat to all my family, friends, and everybody I know. If we could give him a infinite amount of stars believe
