Where do I start… I moved in Oct 22, 2021. From the surface the place seemed ok. They might I moved in I noticed bugs that looked like roaches. I called the manager and they could not come out until Monday because they are closed on the weekends (such a inconvenience for those who work during the week). She told me they were Palmetto bugs to down play the situation when they obviously look like roaches. The maintenance guy sprayed and we waited to see if they was a change. Well we know the outcome or I would not be writing this review. They roaches came even more. By Monday we decided to move

I moved here in June from Connecticut and never have I ever lived in a complex that is like this. They really care about there tenants and always right there with any concerns I have. I would highly recommend this complex they really make you feel like you matter. They also go up and beyond for there tenants such as back to school supplies for kids, breakfast on the go one time and always having fun contests... I can't say enough good things about the office staff. They are always friendly and welcoming weither you call or go into office. Also have many different types of ways to pay rent.

I've been living here since right after Hurricane Florence and the experience has been awesome. The process was extremely fast and professional. They welcomed my family with open arms after we loss everything. The community is awesome, the resident activities for the young and old are very fun. I have been living in Colony Village since October 2016. My experience has been good. I can say that if I do have an issue, whether it be a maintenance issue or something else, the office personnel are right on it. The amenities are awesome. They have a pool that is open year round and might I add it’s 9 ft deep. They also have a beautiful gas grill by the pool. I like the fire pit even though I have not had the chance to use it. They also have laundry facilities for those who do not have a washer and dryer in their home. The list goes on about the wonderful amenities here. Lastly, the office

Loved my experience at Colony Village! Being military and living at so many different apts this was this first place where we were treated like family and not like a rent payment. I mentioned to the manager charisse that my mom was having surgery and she sent a card and called to find out how she was and if I needed anything! Great prices, great resident events! We were really sad to leave. Highly recommend!!

My fiance and I have lived here for a few months now. We didn't expect to move right when the chaos of covid-19 started happening. The manager has been very understanding during this chaos. Discussed it with my fiance, and we want to stay here another year. It's also notable with love the setup of our townhouse! Thank you to Charise for being so kind to us during this uncertain time!

5 STARS. Great and friendly staff, I personally worked with Kayla, she was very informative and professional. The grounds are well kept. I know of a few people that already live here and they recommended it. VERY PLEASED. I've read some of these awful reviews and have not come close to experiencing the same things. Great place with a great price!
