The price in my opinion is a little too high for what you get. The management was always good along with maintenance. The neighbors did make it a little more difficult living there, with people rattling the entire building with their speakers or people on the tennis court at 11pm being loud and screaming. The biggest issue for me was no assigned parking which made it hard to be parked closer to the building. If you are military going to cherry point it’s not the best place to live because of the distance along with traffic.

I want to compliment the staff from the office to maintenance department.
I found everyone to be courteous and professional..always personable, caring and friendly . The amenities are exceptional; but safety is a priority to me. I found Woodland Crossing was able to provide everything; I needed.

Awesome! Great people! Amazing environment and made the process 1,2,3 to get my family and I screened, approved and moved in without any hassle which was important because I moved from New York so I couldn't have any issues with our move. Washers and dryers in laundry room are so expensive and never work. Washers won't drain and dryers won't dry in one cycle, most machines coin slots stick as well. We have told the front office numerous times since we moved in February but they have not been fixed once. For the amount we pay in rent and to use the washers/dryers this problem should… have been fixed long ago. We are now being told they won't be fixed for another 3-6 months, which will be after our lease is up. We will NOT be renewing our lease. Far too many problems here even aside from just the laundry room.
