It's good when you're willing to make multiple accounts to leave reviews for companies. I have been going to Harvey's now going on 22 years. You don't continue going to shops like that if they don't treat their customers right. This year aside from standard stuff like tires brakes oil changes a battery had two major repairs done. The first one was on my e250 super duty had to replace the rear end as it went bad. I dropped my van off a week of Thanksgiving and because of the parts issues getting parts to fix my van at no fault of Harvey's it took 3 weeks. The estimate they gave me when the final

Harvey & his crew did a marvelous job repairing my wife’s Subaru Outback exhaust! What would have cost me in excess of $1500 elsewhere only cost me a fraction of that. While the cost is only part of the consideration, the work was done in a professional manner. I am extremely happy with their work ethic‘s and I hope to use their services in the future should I need them.

Harvey treats the guy he just met 5 minutes ago like the customers who he has dealt with for over 25 years. He has done great work for me on my vehicles over the last 3 years I've known him. My van (235k miles) is up there now and he told me that he could fix it, but if I was his son he'd trade it in. Most mechanics don't do that. I don't usually write reviews but in this case I had to give him a great review.
