I went to a place down the street in West Palm the owner was so rude trying to rip me off but I saw on their reviews someone recommended Caroline Tire, I went to the West Palm location & they were super helpful gave me a good deal for exactly what I needed. I got 2 used tires, needed 4 new ones but that's all I could afford when I went in. Great customer service, I'll be back.

I needed an oil change, it was an hour till closing. The employee came out to my car (it was raining) asked how he could help me. Told him I need the oil changed. He asked me to bring it in was very courteous. He went over my options fully knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. They checked the fluids and tire pressure. My car drove like new. My worries about seizing my engine are gone. They have a new customer in me. Thank you for your great, professional services.

My daughters car had low tire pressure on her dashboard. My husband went to Caroline Tire they fixed the problem by removing pressure caps for towing and put the correct valves on and no more flashing on the dashboard. No charge and no wait. Family business since 1984. That normally says it all. We went there with a tricky problem concerning our Acrua's rim, we brought a replacement rim (wheel) and asked them to find the rim on the car that was causing problems when you go over 55 MPH.
They identified the bad rim (it had a dent in in it) and replaced it with the good rim. They suggested that we keep the dented rim in case we wanted to use it as a full size spare.
Stay away from those chain stores that try to rip you off and up sell you car parts the don't even belong on your car.

The staff was polite and friendly. They effectively listened to my concern over a slow oil leak I had been experiencing and looked at my pictures. They were efficient, reassuring and very communicative telling me what they found and expertly fixing the filter and plug with my oil change. I felt they were honest and knew what they were doing. Darwin was super helpful. I will go back for future needs.

I have been going there for years ,never had a problem, until the last time.the manager tried to convince me I needed new shocks.,.he tried to bounce my truck to let me see how bad they were , he even got another mechanic to help.. there was nothing wrong with my shocks..in fact the other mechanic shook his head in disbelief when the manager walked away.. I'm done as a customer.no more..watch the manager...

Went to get two back tires and was talked into replacing front as well. I was hesitant though agreed. The tires they replaced them with were cracked and looked worse. I complained to them though was assured the tires were fine. A few weeks later my tire blew out on those very cracks while driving on 95. Stay away from this place.

We agreed on a high quality Michelin tire for a Jeep Patriot at $179.00 per tire. They put on a lower quality tire and up charged to $50.00 per tire. No apologies. No working with price. Instead wanted to charge for labor. Of course I didn't agree to pay a dime since they tried to rip me off!

Went today and got a set of tires put on, everything was great! The guy at the front counter was very nice and accommodating. Mechanic was very nice as well.
Price was pretty reasonable and was able to get my tires I needed within 30mins time. So needless to say I was in and out, which was great for busy people like me. I will be back for my next set of tires on my other car

Needed a tire fixed in a hurry, the folks at Carolines had me out the door before I could even sit down, at a reasonable price. Very friendly and did what was needed, no more.
One tip: if you park in the alley to the left of the business, it can be dicey if you have to back out - try going to end end, and you can turn left to the garage bays - safer and easier.

Great family business. If you are in pricey Delray and need tire assistance up the road, come to this place.
The dealer told me a nail was in my tire and wanted me to replace the tire. I came here and no nail! We just pumped them up and great since. Very honest people.
You can just swing by and hand them a tip for checking out your tire and/or just pumping air in them all. They will say no charge!.. so just tip them!!!

Wow! What a great find. The only unfortunate thing about this place is that I did not use it sooner!
They have tremendous prices and incredibly accommodating staff. They are not out to cheat you, that is for sure.
I am looking forward to returning so they can install new brake pads and do a front end alignment.

I've never written a yelp review before but Mark from Caroline Tires was so incredibly helpful, nice, professional and honest that I just had to write a review.
My boyfriend and I had driven all the way from New York to West Palm beach when the whole car began to rattle and shake badly. We took it another place and they said they could try to fix it but it would take more than two hours and cost about 200 dollars. We got a second opinion with Mark at Caroline Tires and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes and didn't even charge us. We tipped him all the cash we had but you could tell
