I went to the one in Stuart Florida called “ My Pets Vet” absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible for their actions and behavior. I called prior to make sure they can handle a skittish cat to get her nails trimmed . My cat only weighs 8lbs. Needless to say they say they managed to give her Rabies but never did an examination or trimmed her nails !! Offended sedation just to say she would have to come back another time ?? Why offer why stress the cat out again ?? Had the nerve to charge me for an examination when I never even got to speak with the doctor again . Not to mention before the

This is a terrible place to work! Management is incompetent! It's all about the money. Pets are not their best interest money is. They stalk the clients for business. Do not ever work here or have any center as your Veterinarian.

This is in reference to West Chester Veterinary Center—Horrible office staff, so utterly disorganized and rude. They make appointments and then cancel them a week later. Not once but multiple times. Took my dogs to the vet for their annual check up and they failed to administer a heart worm check?! Made an annual appointment for one of my dogs and when I arrived, then was told she is not due for another few months?! Shouldn’t they have seen that in her records when scheduling? Complete and utter disaster...

I've seen first hand the commitment that PetVet Care Centers provides to it's hospitals. They give each of their locations tremendous support through staffing, continuing eduction, marketing, technology and more. These tools allow each hospital to grow it's business, and provide the highest level of veterinary care possible.

BE WARNED : THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU
The South Wilton Vet Group in Wilton, CT is owned by the PetVet Corporation.
My friend brought her bleeding parakeet to South Wilton a few weeks ago. She was told by the vet that they would do their best to save the bird but that it would cost $1000 and possibly more.
My friend, who is a full time dog rescue person, told the vet that it would be difficult to come up with $1000 or more all at once at this time.
The vet gave my friend two choices.
Choice one was to pay the full amount up front.
Choice two was to SURRENDER OWNERSHIP of her pet bird, which

They promised to not change patient care or client interactions when they purchased our practice. However, they refuse to pay our staff comparable wages for our city and have cut our staffs hours to less than 40 hours per week to avoid paying those who are willing to stay an extra 10 minutes to provide exemplary care and service. As a result, we are so understaffed that patients are suffering, clients are angry and more of our excellent employees quit each week. In addition, their demands to change our prices and continually increase them has led clients to refuse medications and treatments for
