Jorge and Orlando did a first rate job at re-plumbing the crawl space from the master bathroom, and the sewer line out to the main street. They were easy to work with and kept us informed as they went along. Best plumbing experience we have had since being in Santa Barbara for 10 years.

Told them no one would be home until 4:15pm. Get a call that they are at my house at 3:15pm. Says he'll be back at 4:15 but never shows. I call and returns next day around 9am. Immediately begins selling unneeded services such as replacing pipe. Had a difficult time getting salesman/plumber to actually try to clear the drain. 90% of his time was spent selling me on additional services. It sounded like he used his snake to clear the drain so I paid the $54 plus a small tip but after the salesman / plumber left I turned on the water and the drain backed up exactly the same as before his arrival.

Not too happy about the "bait and switch" tactic with this company. Can you say "rip off"? I kept getting flyers in the mail advertising "$54 Drain Cleaning up to 100ft. in length" When I called them to arrange cleaning the roots out of a 3" PVC pipe leading from my gutter downspout out to the street, about 60 feet long, I was told the price was only for inside drains and that it would be a minimum of $125 for the job. I said "What? For probably a 15 minute simple job?" Yes, we have a one-hour minimum. Total scam and I just can't recommend this company and their false advertising.
