We just moved to Santa Barbara, and we had to use Jerry the Plumber on two separate occasions. We used them to install a water line for our fridge, and then we had them come out to replace some toilet parts and a hot water shower device that had broken prior to us moving in. They are absolutely wonderful, fast, and professional. Albert is wonderful, and even explained the issues to me of what happened and how he was fixing it. If you need a plumber for anything in SB, please call Jerry the Plumber!

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry the Plumber. To find someone who is so honest, professional, and good at their job is such a relief - this is a family business that’s been around a long time, and it shows in both their high standards of ethics and the quality of the work.
PS - Don’t confuse them with Jerry’s Plumbing as it seems someone did; this is “Jerry the Plumber.”

Just recently called Jerry the Plumber to unclog my sewer lateral. The plumber was very courteous and was able to inspect my sewer after it was unclogged. Come to find out I had problems with my lateral and they were able to replace my entire lateral for a very reasonable price. Jerry the Plumber is amazing. Good, honest and reliable plumber in the Santa Barbara area. Not to be confused with Jerry's Plumbing.

Whatever you do, don't ever use Jerry the Plumber. First of all, I was shocked to hear we would be charged an extra $60 on top of the $150 installation and disposal fee to carry a toilet down a staircase with 10 steps (yes, that's $6 per step), but then when he measured the setback from the wall, he said there was no possible way the toilet could be installed. I got a recommendation for another plumber who not only installed the toilet for $90 with a couple of inches to spare, but also refused to charge us a disposal fee. STAY AWAY from Jerry the Plumber!
