This year was the first year Ive used an accountant to file my taxes and after working with Ted, I can honestly say I will never go back. Ted made the entire process stress free, easy, and seamless. All I had to do was upload my tax documents to his secure Intuit Link site and Ted was on it. He had my return done and filed within two weeks of all my documents being uploaded and was incredibly responsive to all questions that I had throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Ted and am so thankful to have found him. I had an urgent tax matter and reached out to a few firms on Yelp. Ted was by far the most responsive. He made a daunting matter less scary and held my hand through the process to resolve the matter all via Cloud and a quick chat.

Unfortunately Ted handled me in a very unethical fashion. In 50 years of filing returns I have not encountered anything close to this. Due to a family tragedy, I contacted Ted on March 27 so that he could file an extension and do my taxes. He filed the extension and said he would notify when ready, probably about two/three weeks. After a six week delay..no response from Ted. When I called, on June 4, he said he had not done the work due to personal reasons and said we could make a joint call to someone he knew so they could take it over. I expressed my disappointment and he said I should pick up

This was our first year working with Ted. We were happy that we went with him! Like most, we are busy with work, kids, etc...Ted made our tax return process so much less painful. The upside to working with Ted is that he is VERY RESPONSIVE. Timely responses to every email my husband and I sent. Another positive was that we were able to upload everything via Dropbox, so we did not need to make a separate trip or schedule time to meet. We got our return filed on time with what I found to be one of the easiest processes.

Because I am me, I had waited until days before my tax extension deadline to begin looking for help. Thank goodness for Ted!!
Everything was done via "the cloud" as we didn't have time for an in-person meeting. All of his communication was clear and concise, and I felt comfortable with him from our first phone call. He said he would get the job done in the tiny time-frame I gave him, and he did! The process was quick and painless, and I was very pleased with my return. I will absolutely hire him and recommend him for taxes for many years to come.

It was our first time using Ops Accounting and we were overall pleased with the service & process. Ted did let us know in advance to expect delayed responses. It was nice to receive this warning but the delays were so minor it did not affect the overall process. We felt his response time was pretty fast. Also, we had some specific questions which he addressed to our satisfaction. All in all, it was a very smooth process & we look to forward to working with Ops Accounting in future years.

Prior to selecting Ted as my accountant, I had an in depth phone conversation about my accounting needs. He was very transparent and was not pushy about having my taxes done through his services. Ultimately, after calling a number of other people and attempting my taxes myself, I went with Ted. He was very responsive, professional and I trust that everything was done right.

Ted at Ops Accounting is the friendliest and fastest accountant I have ever worked with. And I have worked with several! I've been working with him since just before the Thanksgiving holiday and he is always easy to get a hold of and it's easy to schedule an appointment with him.

Thank you Jason at BMK for making my life easy when it comes to taxes. Being self-employed as a sole owner LLC, I don't want to personally brush up on tax law since I have better things to do. After working with Jason, I now have a solid understanding of my tax structure, estimated tax payments, and clarity on certain tax deductions that I was clueless about. My taxes were a bit complicated this year and Jason prepared them without any issues. He was great to communicate with over emails and also at his office. I had many questions and he had many answers. Also his response time to emails was excellent.

So I needed professional help with my taxes this year, because I have not filed taxes in the past couple years. Jason the lead accountant was very friendly and did not mind helping with what i thought was a very difficult task. He told me that it was not going to be a problem and he would complete everything in just a few days. He made everything very effortless and easy for me. He even charged me exactly what I was quoted when I first came in. There were not any additional or hidden fees. I would definitely recommend BMK to any of my friends and family.

My accountant fired me as a client believe it or not. My accountant started scaling back and reduced his clientele, so I guess I pretty much didn't make the cut and got fired (weird?). So I found my new tax guy for my personal and business taxes. Jason helped me file my single member LLC and also helped me with an amendment. Things could not have gone more smoothly. Jason at BMk is very detail oriented, very good at explaining, and super easy to work with. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend.

I have always done my own taxes in the past but recently my tax situation became more complicated, so I sought out professional help. I needed to have a multi-state tax return, and I own a rental property, so I was in way over my head. Jason at BMK did a fantastic job of getting my extension tax return filed before the deadline. I was really freaking out (as usual), so thank you very for making it as painless as possible! I have a rental property and am a sole proprietor, so the level of complexity definitely warrants a second set of eyes and professional advice of Jason was worth its weight in gold.
