Front desk team is amazing. Colchin gave me guidance as if I was a long time friend. Honest about cost and severity of the issue. In the end it was so minor that they did not charge me for looking at it. I am new to the area and they are definitely the clear favorite for my new go-to mechanic.

I called Colchin to help with brake issues I was having and other maintenance I was told I needed. Colchin under promised and over delivered! The brakes were finished before they said they would be and they were less expensive. The other maintenance I was told I needed from another repair shop turned out to be just a small issue and Colchin took care of it no charge. I would recommend Colchin Automotive to anyone and I'll use them again. They also followed up to see how everything was working weeks later, I felt I was being taken care of.

Colin, who I think is the GM of the business, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our car troubles. We felt like he was very honest and upfront about everything. After our fist visit, we continue to take our cars to Colchin!

Colchin was awesome for me! I talked to Jason and he was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly everyone I talked to was great! I had an emergency I needed fixed in a very short amount of time. I came in without an appointment and they had it fixed by lunch the same day. I will highly recommend them to anyone!

Would most definitely recommend!! We worked with Colin and his communication throughout exceeded expectations. Definitely not what we're used to these days. We needed a new compressor and they were able to diagnose and take care of all repairs efficiently all while working with my tight timeline.

Came very highly recommended. Josh was very professional and helpful. He only did service that was necessary versus adding things to pad the bill. The work was done very quickly and we had our car back in one day. He did a thorough review of everything and told us what - and when - we should consider having done. Happy to say we now have a new trusted shop for our vehicles.

These guys were wonderful! We were driving through in June when our AC went out. They got our car in and were very honest and transparent about what was going on. A part had to be ordered so we ended up fixing it back home. They wrote up everything they found and offered to call and talk to the shop back home if needed. Great honest shop!
