Dr. Khullar completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry California in 2003. She then moved to Houston and has been caring for Houston area families to help her patients achieve optimal oral health and improve their smiles. Dr. Khullar ongoing pursuit of continuing education allows her to stay abreast of the latest advances in Dentistry.
A dental implant is a small titanium screw that serves as the replacement for the root portion of a missing natural tooth. Dental implants can be placed in either the upper or lower jaws. Due to the biocompatible properties of titanium, a dental implant fuses with the bone and becomes a good anchor for the replacement tooth.

I loveeee Dr. Shilpa Khullar and her assistant (I am not sure about her name but she is smaller with dark hair I believe). I don’t even live in Houston but Dr. Khullar is the only dentist I will see so I wait until I am home for the holidays to schedule an appointment. She is so patient and kind. She never just does what she wants to do, she listened to everything I have to say and then she treats accordingly. Every time I walk into the office I feel like I’m in good hands. I love that the office is clean and well put together. It looks like a place I should be. A place that I feel comfortable

I am petrified of the dentist and have had some pretty awful experiences in the past. But after being recommended New Gen Dental my fears have subsided. Dr. Shilpa is so kind and gentle. Her office staff is also very friendly and the office is very clean.So glad I finally have a dentist I don't fear!

We had the best experience there. First my husband went and recommended Dr Khullar for deep cleaning and wisdom tooth removal. After having both of the things done, I took our son as well. # Greatpractice #studyhand #nooverselling we were in and out in 30 mins. You are their first priority. Beautiful office, beautiful warm staff, very kid friendly. My boys love to watch sponge bob while they have their teeth clean and love to visit with Dr Khullar. She is wonderful and very patient with my boys as she is a mother too. Everyone I have sent to her has been very happy with her practice. She's AMAZING!!!!!

Dr Khullar not just a good dentist but also a really charming personality , I went to 2 dentists before coming to newgen but chose this clinic despite of couple of hundred bucks more then the ones I went to before just because it seemed like the doctor knew better what she was doing and also my wide felt more comfortable with her thn the previous ones 5/5 for the newgen and for Dr Khullar.
