He started working at Anderson Veterinary Clinic as a kennel worker. Moving his way up through the ranks, he eventually became a RVT, (Registered Veterinary Technician).

Been a client for 2 years. The vets here are great- if you're lucky enough to bypass the mess that's the front of house and speak/see them directly. Sadly the women who "run" the front desk are the reason we moved our dog from this vet.
The front of house is so poorly managed, here are just a few of our negative interactions with them:
-They gave inaccurate information regarding care for the dog prior to surgery, something that if I followed would have cancelled the surgery.
- They are unethical. They (front of house) REFUSED to let me speak to my vet in regards to my 14y old

There is zero communication among staff, doctors and clients. They cannot seem to get medications ordered correctly or in a timely manner. And they don't call back. When I finally reached them they said my pet had to come in to be reassessed for the same issues she was there for 5 days before so they could give her the meds she was supposed to get the day of her visit. They are also priced higher than a lot of other vets in the general area. I won't be going back.

Great vet clinic all around! I'm from out of town and my dog had lacerated his leg that morning. I called multiple vets trying to get him in an nobody would take him. Anderson vet was my last hope an they were able to work me in right away. Dr. Smith took care of my baby an she did great at explaining everything. The staff was great as well. I will be making the drive to continue my animals care with them.

These people are rude! Also made an appt for 4:30 got all the way down there to be told they had several emergencies earlier that day & they would need to re-schedule. Like you couldn't have called me 30 mins earlier to tell me that?

After using Dr. Anderson for twenty five years he decided he is too busy to be my horses vet. He last saw them in November for vaccine and exam but now that they are sick and need an emergency vet he decided he is too busy! You may want to reconsider using him since you never know if you'll be the next person bumped out of his practice. He left me horses with NO vet while sick on a weekend. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I have been extremely happy with Anderson Vet. We just moved away and I will miss them terribly. Dr. Neligh provided top notch care at specialist level as a gp. She took wonderful care of our dogs and cats. She dealt with my little dog's horrendous gi problems, diagnosed a splenic tumor on our old dog with nothing but vague signs to work with, and took excellent care of the rest of the menagerie. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I'm super disappointed. If you're a new pet owner, consider going somewhere else. I took my new kitten Peach here for a new kitten appointment which includes a vet exam and flea treatment. A day or two after the appointment my fiancé and I noticed black dust in our kitten's ears. We figured they just needed to be cleaned so we wiped them out with a cotton ball. A week later and our kitten is scratching her ears and shaking her head still. I googled this and it came back with fleas or ear mites!! We decided to do a ear treatment and there was tiny black bugs coming out of her ears

So far I really like this place. I've read the reviews and see a lot of same problems I had at cottonwwood vet clinic so I hope they stay good with me. Just being able to make an appointment shows they care more than cottonwood. No more 2 hour waits just for a check up. In and out in half an hour. Definitely not cheap but they are good with my pup. You get what you pay for

The one star is because they are nice. They have terrible communication skills with each other and with their customers. They don't tell you when a prescription for your pet has been denied, they just leave it up to you to figure out when you call to find out why you haven't received your pet's medication. They failed to communicate our next appointment for our dog's booster shots and expected us to come back to restart the whole process and pay for the whole series all over again. If you want a headache, see them. If not, find somewhere else to take your pet.

We saw Dr. Korn and he was the BEST vet we have met. He was very informative he explained everything very detailed. He was personable, we had great conversation. Looking forward to our next visit.

I called yesterday seeking an appointment for our new puppy. Front desk was able to get me in the next day. Upon arrival there was a bit of wait however once we got to the exam room it was totally worth the wait.

I've been bringing my dogs in for the past 5 years. Recently, this veterinary clinic has been more interested in getting your money than helping your animals (especially Neligh). I've started to order my dogs medications online because they are cheaper than the vet. Anderson Veterinary Clinic has been refusing my prescriptions for no reason and giving me the run around. The reason I always get is because my dogs are due for an annual check up but when I go in it turns out they aren't due for an annual check up for another 2 months. Once I'm in the office they start to push heartworm

This was the worst place I have ever taken my pet to. If you don't buy the medicine from them they will make sure the prescription can not be found at other pharmacy in town and make it as hard as they can when you find it for $90.00 cheaper at chewy.com. When you complain about it they send you a email of how they don't want your business any longer. I have 3 pets and they only sent me a letter on two of them. Sounds like they may need better records keeping about your pets

Don't get me wrong, I love Dr. Cline, he has been our vet since the time we moved up here years ago. But that office is a mess now. And when they try to tell me my dog hasn't been in for a year and a half, when I have the prescription bottles at home to prove it's only been four months; and when I am only willing to see 2 out of four of the vets, Cline and Korn, it's time to start looking around for another practice. We will miss Dr. Cline but he's not there as much as he used to be anyways.

I thought this place was great at first until my parents lost one of there cats ok he had cancer however, the second cat had to have her eye removed and they told my parents she would have an extended life of up to 5 years she died 3 months after surgery.
I took my 3 cats there for just shots and exams ok fine they did ok. Then I take my youngest cat (3 years old) and they did a scrapping of this thing under his eye and automatically said it was cancer they did not biopsy it or anything. That day they put him on chemo (kinavet) but it's making him sick and we are not even sure it is truly
