Services
A therapeutic massage is more than a way to pamper yourself with a little "me-time." National and international studies continue to verify not only the physical advantages of a massage sessions, but the emotional benefits. These studies have shown the significant improvements many individuals gained after even a single massage therapy session, not to mention the monumental leaps and bounds clients received after receiving massages regularly.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, hands-on healing practice that helps to release different blockages with in the body. This is done by focusing light pressure on points throughout the craniosacral system. This technique works to relieve pain, both physical and mental, by the practitioner working to realign the craniosacral system.
The use of hot stones will encourage your stress to melt away! A hot stone massage is the use of sanitized heated stones as an addition of the massage therapists own hands during a massage, or by placing the stones in specific points on the body. This treatment works wonders for tense and aching muscles.
Appointments may be paid in cash, card or check before or after session. Relaxation Plus offers "packages" of services for discounted price - 5 sessions for $5 off each session. Packages are bought before appointments and credited for each session. They never expire and can be shared among family members.
