We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or no shows are subject to a cancellation fee - 30% of the service. If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $15 rescheduling fee added to your next appointment.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism
I scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. The doors were locked, I waited15 minutes and called and was sent to voicemail. I finally decided that no one was showing up so I left, but left a voicemail stating what happened. It’s now the next day & no one has contacted me.
