World Congress is an organization that operates on the "law of the jungle" where not only does the owner drive competitors from the market by running identical competitive events on the exact same day, but also fosters internal cannibalism where the lead sales person "eats" other internal departments, stealing their attendee lists and sponsor lists since there is sufficient overlap between events to allow this to happen. This creates a vicious internal climate devoid of teamwork, cooperation and collaboration. The lead sales person makes the charge that there are not enough resources to go around
