EA Wells Hair Design was founded in 2012 and continues to serve the Triangle area on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team of skilled designers are committed to each customer's individual needs and styling requests. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
To ensure you receive only the best services and treatments while at EA Wells Hair Design, we hire only the best and most talented Designers in the area. All our Hair Designers, Make Up artists and Estheticians go through monthly continuing education, seminars, training and additional courses to bring you the newest and best treatments and styles for you.
Making all your appointments in advance will ensure stylist availability, as well as it enables you to secure the time that works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card to secure your appointment(s). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, browse style ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage.

I’ve been going to EA Well for at least 7 years. Laurie was my first hairdresser, and have been going to Melissa since Laurie moved away. I’ve never been disappointed! The cut and color look great when I leave the salon, and grow out nicely. Products used are top quality and have kept my hair healthy - even at 65 yo! I continue to get compliments on the results of Melissa’s talents 💇♀️

I started going to EA Wells Hair Design about 6 months ago. I really wanted a stylist who cared about toxins in the products they use. Obviously I also wanted those ‘clean’ products they use to perform. Luckily in addition to those two factors (which I am pleased with!), Melissa also does an amazing job cutting & styling my hair. While I am in there I have had a chance to see the results of some of the other stylists and I have to say all the EA Wells clients leave with great looking hair! I would trust any of them with my hair.

I felt so welcomed coming into this salon! Everyone was so professional and caring! This has been the best salon experience I have ever had! As someone who fears haircuts, Kalei Knight did an incredible job and performed exactly what I asked for - she is such a great listener and made it a point to ensure that I was more than satisfied. My stepmom is visiting from out of town and made an appointment for today. From the website it says that Covid protocols are in place including wearing masks. Although she kept her face-mask on the whole time, NOBODY else was wearing masks including the woman coloring her hair!! She also told my stepmom that she wasn’t vaccinated! She was so uncomfortable but couldn’t leave because the color was already on her hair. Why would you put a ton of Covid protocols on your website and then not follow them. We will not be going back!
