My 2007 BMW 335i engine temperature light came on, and I chose Schneider for the repair work. Sure enough, the water pump was bad. I asked them to replace it and to also replace the thermostat at the same time. In addition, I asked Schneider to perform a full service/maintenance routine and to provide me with any recommendations to make sure the car was fully up to snuff. I am very happy with their work, their customer service, and I trust them entirely. I am happy to have found my trustworthy go-to mechanic in Santa Barbara to keep my BMW in top shape.

Finally found a mechanic that I feel comfortable taking our car to! Everyone I interacted with at the shop was genuinely friendly and personable. They were willing to take the time to explain our options and work with us on only getting repairs that were high priority. I also appreciated the clear communication and timely updates so we knew how long the repairs would take.

I've been servicing my 987.1 Cayman S at Schneider Autohaus for years and couldn't be happier. Their friendliness, professionalism, communication, honesty, and pride in their work makes every penny spent worth it. If you own a German car in the SB area, there's no better place to go. Paula, Henry, and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! Even though my car is getting up there in age/mileage, Schneider Autohaus has kept it running like it's new. I took my 1995 Porsche Cab. in for a battery. It needed the battery and found it, also, needed a valve job! I’ve gone to Schneider’s for years and have been extremely happy with their work and fair prices.
It was very funny that a friend had his Porsche in, at the same time. He decided to have his engine rebuilt instead of just a valve job. (His wife told me he wanted it to go faster! I’ll challenge him to drive over the mountains to see if THAT was worthwhile!)
Both if us — and several other REAL Porsche aficionados, I know — ALWAYS TRUST Henry and Paula!!!

Schneider Autohaus is a great place to fix any car made in Germany, even my Mini Cooper. They went out of their way to welcome new customers, with a 10% discount as well as a ride back home to wait for my car. They answered every question, and they came back cheaper than expected.

When I was looking online for a shop to work on my newly-purchased 2000 Boxster S, I knew from reading Schneider's website that they were the one to go with, and I was right. I wanted to start restoring the Boxster into top condition, and I am delighted with the work they did for me.
