Critical: Professionalism
I called this business to see if they could handle a situation with my car. The guy answered the phone but didn’t say anything and then in a really snotty way said “yes?” So I said yeah hi, and he said “well I’m listening.” Don’t even answer the phone if that’s how you’re going to approach potential customers.

Allen was amazing! My car wouldn't start at all, and he came to my apartment within 1.5 hours of me calling him (on a Saturday). He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed both my battery and starter, and got my car up and running in a few hours. He explained everything he was doing and I felt comfortable knowing that he wasn't ripping me off. He was super helpful and super friendly, and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be using his service in the future!
