Had the kebab karahi and chickeb karahi
Plain rice and chicken biryani.
Worst karahi i had. Not authentic at all. Very oily. Few piece of meat filled with onions tomotoes and OIL!! Chicken tikka karahi just small cubed chicken drench in oil. No taste just oil onion and tomotoes.
They honestly dont make karahi fresh. Its just different curries they bring out.
Beef karahi was just half seekh kebab cut into 8 9 piece 1 inch thick lol and drenched in oil and onion.
Literally what a dissapointment. Was so hungry , thought reviews were good. Trust me its deceiving.
Naan was not good at all. Oily

Authentic Indian and Pakistani restaurant in the South Bay. Stumbled upon the Ramadan buffet on a Friday night and enjoyed flavorful curries and tandoori meats. They’re open for indoor dining (not outdoor options) as well as takeout during covid. The tables were all filled and normal distance, so if you’re still trepidatious about eating indoors, you may wish just to get takeout. Credit cards are accepted. There’s limited street parking on the block or you can go into the residential neighborhood for a spot.
There’s a single occupant bathroom near the entrance. The workers are helpful

☹️I visited Alwatan in Inglewood on 23 August, 2019. I did not like their food. I ordered chicken kobob karahi, and received a different order. They are also not charging what is written in the menu. I ordered… Aloo paratha to go, when I came home, it was Garlic Naan. They charged me for paratha. Their rice were old, and I had to request them to warm it up. It can be a legal lawsuit about ovecharging the food, other than what is written on the menu. I called the restaurant, and owner was never there. Sunil picked up the phone, and he did not seem interested hearing my complain

Best food in town. It was my brother's wedding and every single Guest was praising the food. I am very thankful to team Al WATAN for making our event a great one with top notch food quality and service. The food was just perfect for 3 days in a row. If you are looking for any kind of catering for any event look no further. Thank you team Al watan. Will definitely be using you guys again.

Al watan halal where u feel like home place of good delicious pakistani food I have been there so many times love hospitality of all the staff specially brother waheed and brother Sohail. Nehari. Tala gosht. Lamb shank pulao on fridays so much so on to me they are the best in South Bay I recommend to all food lovers to visit them.

Combo of Both: Tasty Food & Friendly Staff.
Whenever I went there its been busy, but the quality of food and service stays the same. Love their Nehari, Friday special Palow and Mix Plater :-) I was fortunate enough to try the their catering once and I must say, it could not have been better. Wonderful Place :-)
