Our center is focused on individual and family therapy. We are a team of therapists, social workers, and mental health counselors, providing counseling services for individuals and families.

Rest for enough time to reset. Reset what is no longer working for you or your family. Your work will be supported by professionals to facilitate the change process, giving you opportunities to learn how to do it better.

Services
The Root2Rise Counseling Center was founded in 2017. After 15 years working in various agencies and programs in Hilo, Kim our founder, decided to set up a counseling center to do only that. Counseling. A place where therapists would be supported, encouraged and allow them to do their best work with clients.
Get your HMSA provider ID - The time frame to be issued a HMSA Provider ID number is usually 90-120 days, but they know the R2R team, and often we can get this done much faster. We know you have been patient, so to help in the meantime, once provisionally approved we can have you start seeing clients and pay you for it.
