Terrene at the Grove is a beautiful place to live. The property is well maintained and the units are luxuriously beautiful. The counters are waist height, so no bending over and straining your back. The granite countertops are beautiful, as are the furnishings. The pantries are huge, with plenty of storage space. There is more than enough storage space in the units, that will hold all of your belongings. The addition of having a washer and dryer in the unit is a major plus. The community features are endless, and the neighbors are a delight. As a bonus, they are pet friendly. I highly recommend

Back to update that ironically, I now live in these apartments! I have lived here a few months now and am very pleased with the experience. Staff is still just as friendly as ever, and the gym equipment is just as nice and they even updated it with one of those fancy mirrors with work outs in it. My only complaint is the limited parking. Well, when I say limited, there plenty of parking. You just might not get a place super close to your apartment. Overall, I am VERY happy with my time here so far and could definitely stay for years.

The initial response time was great. A replacement fixture had to be ordered so the issue is not resolved yet.
Update: The fixture has been replaced and everything is good. We love living here. The location is ideal and the apartment exceeds our expectations. Friendly staff and all around pleasant place to call home.

During the 3 months that I’ve been here, grounds have been well maintained through the winter storm and beautifully kept for the coming of spring. The area is very nice and safe, it seems to mostly consist of families and older folks. I don’t personally have a pet or bike, but I see many neighbors take advantage of the bike racks and walk their pets throughout the day.

Been leaving here for about 3 years now. I absolutely love it and maybe stay a little longer. Why I love living here, well. first the staff's at the office are really sweet and nice, the maintenance workers are very hard workers and I admire, respect, the extra hard work they do everyday, keeping the entire community beautiful from turning into a homeless camping ground like most properties are going . My favorite thing about living here is the Amazon Locker, and many other amenity. I would for sure recommend my friends and family to live here. beautiful landscaping and side walks streets are clear

Great place to live! A little pricey, but totally worth it. HUGE floorplans (especially the 4 bdrm), perfect location (near so many stores and i5), nice community and it's a great place to raise our kiddos. Jennifer is an INCREDIBLE manager. She is so sweet and is always on top of any issues we have ever had. We also appreciate the maintenance requests getting handle quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this place!!

When choosing an apartment to move into, Celest by far made us feel the most welcomed out of the other places we looked. By answering all of our questions and helping us every step of the way, she made us feel like we were at home and not just another renter. She made the process of our first apartment very smooth. After being here a few months, we can honestly say we feel like we have made the right decision. Along with that, the staff keeps the facilities very clean and the neighborhood is very quite.

We moved from out of state which is always nerve racking when you cannot go visit in person. Celeste made the process super easy and answered every question we had. Management is really easy to work with and they even helped track down a package that was accidentally delivered too early before we arrived. The neighbors are very friendly and overall a quiet place. As people have mentioned, you may not find parking right in front of your apartment. However, we have never had much of an issue even coming back late at night. You are never more than a block away and it’s a super safe neighborhood

I moved here during the pandemic, and the staff was safe and worked with me on a complicated move schedule. I was able to view multiple units and never felt pressured or rushed through the experience. Since moving I've enjoyed the grounds and vibe of the community - it's been relatively quiet and parking is only an issue for me if I come back past midnight. I love the layout and style of the unit, and the closets are huge (made one into a fort for my son). Maintenance has been super helpful and quick to assist with issues I've had. After moving out of state right before the pandemic started, there was a lot to deal with. Terrene made the process so easy. Our apartment is clean, updated, accessible, and so much more. Staff have always been respondent and professional, and I love the way they coordinate community-type events in a safe and thoughtful way. I would not recommend this apartment duplex they discriminate against certain tenants and raise my rent during COVID-19 and I felt pushed out of my apartment.
They also made it difficult to get my deposit back and Jennifer lied about everything so she cd keep most of my deposit!!!
Jennifer and her staff are the most unprofessional and dishonest property managers I have ever worked with!!!

This is a beautiful community and the office staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We have lived here for nearly a year and couldn't be happier with our decision. They are extremely pet friendly and the office even stocks free dog treats for friendly pet visitors! From time to time there are a few irresponsible pet owners that do not pick up after their animals but management seems to do their best to identify these owners and attempt to correct this behavior. It is frustrating that it took 6 days to remove the garbage from my neighbor's front door. Especially since the main office was already aware of the problem when I informed them. These people they seem nice but will give u a 50 page lease. Reading this lease is not optional they will make mistakes like they did to me several times. Ultimately if u make one mistake they will rip u off.
They really get u on the utilities. Each unit shares the expenses so this works out if you r a big family but I was just one person and I was paying 80 a month. I know people that pay less than that in their houses. But u pay for what u use on the electric.
Also u r next to the highway so u may get lots of noise depending on where u rent.
No AC so once April hits it starts getting warm.

I have given a five star review to Holland management the prior owners of this property they were amazing and treated everyone with respect! But now I have to say since the new management took over it is been a horrible situation for me and my family I would not recommend that anyone move into a place that this particular management company takes care of.

The staff are fantastic and the apartments are beautiful! Sure, they are near the freeway and there is some road noise, but you know that before you choose to live there. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are excellent. A sparkling pool, dog walk areas, bright and clean buildings. Plus Heidi is just the best and goes out her way to take good care of the tenants and the maintenance staff always have a good word for everyone and I've even had the guy stop and offer to take my bag of trash to the dumpsters on his way past!
