Here's the thing....I'm in property management. I have started from the bottom as a leasing agent and then became an Assistant Manager at a complex very similar to this.
Let me start by saying that I've looked at this complex multiple times because the location is unbeatable. Mike, the now Manager was once the Assistant Manager. Do we have COVID to thank for that? Who knows. But, what I do know is that if I wasn't in the industry, and have rented at places prior to this I would have been lost.
My two roommates moved out for the FIRST time. They didn't know the steps, what to do, what we needed

Our overall experience has been very positive. We’ve been living here for over a year now and absolutely love this place! First off, the size of the bedroom in their one bedroom apartment is larger than any other apartments we’ve seen in the area, large storage on the balcony, safe and quiet which is a big thumbs up, neighbors are friendly, excellent location and accessible to everything! Sandra is super nice, extremely helpful and responsive. She’s amazing and we’re very happy to have a property manager like her!

I like these apartments because they are very well maintained. They are in an excellent location, stores very close and a very nice park too. If you have or need something fixed in your unit Sandra is very good at having things done fast on the same day if needed. Sandra has great customer service skills and if you leave a message she always gets back to you and if you go in person she always makes time even if she is busy.

My family and I love living at Town Center Park Apartments. They’re beautiful, close to stores, restaurants, the library and of course, the park. The staff is outstanding and we feel so grateful to have people like Marie, and now Sandra, who work in the office, are very friendly & really care about people being happy having a home here. Maintenance is also exceptional & quick with any repairs or help with something you need.

These apartments used to be good, but they slowly took away all benefits. Gym used to be 24 hours, now it's not. Used to be able to have a BBQ, now you can't. Can't have plants or decorations, bikes, shoes, brooms, toys, wind chimes or ANYTHING on your patio. (Why do we have patios then?) We used to have assigned parking, soon to be a free for all. Have a fire hazard for a stove? Too bad. I only give it 2 stars because the maintenance guys are great, but everything else stinks. Hope you didn't want personality in your home.

I’m a vendor for Town Center Park and can not say enough about Marie, the Manager. She’s always available, friendly and a definite fit for the job.
The owner and property management company should consider themselves fortunate to have such a wonderful person working for them.
She’s a “diamond in the rough” and I would take her right to the top if I were you!!

My wife and I searched high and low for a place to live, from vancouver to Salem and back. We chose Town Center Park Apartments from a list of many communities. The staff are awesome, which is important to us. The location is great. The family-centered vibe is what we love best. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place to call home, this is it! (also, the hot tub :)

I had a tour with Danielle F. She was amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions efficiently and with great confidence! Renter of 2 bed 2 bath from 2015 through 2017
When I first moved in the landlord failed to clean the drains outside my unit (on common grounds) causing dirt/water to flow in my apartment on the brand new carpet. There resolution was to clean the carpets and place a extremely loud fan in the apartment for a week while it dried. (No compensation for being displaced from apartment for the week) New management has been here for a few months and they can't get anything right. They hiked the prices for rent, promised new gym, changed operating hours to 8-5, issued random closures of facilities, failed
