Arm injury resulting in permanent restrictions. After getting the insurance company pay all our client's medical bills and wage loss benefits we were able to settle the claim. Multi-vehicle accident, liability was disputed by one carrier. Our client was a passenger in the "at fault" driver's vehicle.
